Bryon L. Koepke

Mr. Koepke has served as our Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since March 2019. Prior to joining the Partnership, Mr. Koepke spent several years as Senior Vice President, Chief Securities Counsel for Avis Budget Group, Inc. and earlier held several legal positions within Caterpillar Inc., an international manufacturer of construction equipment, most recently as Corporate Counsel – Securities. Mr. Koepke started his legal career as a senior attorney for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
