Francesca Cleffi

Ms. Cleffi has served as our Vice President of Human Resources since November 2020. She joined the Partnership in October 1992 and has held various leadership positions within the Human Resources department; including Managing Director of Compensation, Talent Management and Operational Human Resources. Ms. Cleffi holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
